Electric Power Systems Research is an international medium for the publication of original papers concerned with the generation, transmission, distribution and utilization of electrical energy. The journal aims at presenting important results of work in this field, whether in the form of applied research, development of new procedures or components, orginal application of existing knowledge or new designapproaches. The scope of Electric Power Systems Research is broad, encompassing all aspects of electric power systems. Electronic Commerce Research and Applications aims to create and disseminate enduring knowledge for the fast-changing e-commerce environment. A major dilemma in e-commerce research is how to achieve a balance between the currency and the life span of knowledge.Electronic Commerce Research and Applications will contribute to the establishment of a research community to create the knowledge, technology, theory, and applications for the development of electronic commerce. This is targeted at the intersection of technological potential and business aims.E-commerce is a multi-disciplinary area, which should be developed in co-operation with existing fields such as Information Systems and Technology; Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain Management; Business Strategy and Management; Public Policy; Computer Science and Telecommunications; and Legal Studies. We will solicit papers on current technologies from these areas, as well as publish papers on completely new topics. The journal provides an effective way to publish research and review articles, short communications and technical notes, Video material, animation sequences and 3D are also accepted to support and enhance articles. The articles will be examined by a scientific committee and anonymous evaluators and published every two months in HTML and PDF formats (January 15th , March 15th, May 15th, July 15th, September 15th, November 15th).

Electronic Notes in Discrete Mathematics is a venue for the rapid electronic publication of the proceedings of conferences, of lecture notes, monographs and other similar material for which quick publication is appropriate. Organizers of conferences whose proceedings appear inElectronic Notes in Discrete Mathematics, and authors of other material appearing as a volume in the series are allowed to make hard copies of the relevant volume for limited distribution. For example, conference proceedings may be distributed to participants at the meeting, and lecture notes can be distributed to those taking a course based on the material in the volume.
