The mission of the Tzu Chi Medical Journal is to provide practical, timely, and relevant clinical and basic science information to physicians and researchers practicing in Taiwan and worldwide, in the form of original articles of clinical and basic science research, review articles and interesting case reports. Scientific articles of any scope that can improve diagnosis and treatment in clinical medicine and advance basic research, and special features for continuing medical education, are included in this journal. The journal is published quarterly, in March, June, September and December, by Elsevier.
The journal aims to provide a forum for publication and dissemination of scientific research conducted in the fields of management, as well as promote the interconnection of academic research with practical reality. It is intended to disseminate the scientific results obtained by academics and professionals, both nationally or internationally.
The journal is based on a process of double blind review.

Urban Forestry and Urban Greening is a refereed, international journal aimed at presenting high-quality research with urban and peri-urban woody and non-woody vegetation and its use, planning, design, establishment and management as its main topics. Urban Forestry and Urban Greening concentrates on all tree-dominated (as joint together in the urban forest) as well as other green resources in and around urban areas, such as woodlands, public and private urban parks and gardens, urban nature areas, street tree and square plantations, botanical gardens and cemeteries.The journal welcomes fundamental and applied research papers, as well as review papers and short communications.
