The Journal of Reinforced Plastics and Composites publishes original research on a broad range of today's reinforced plastics and composites, including areas in: constituent materials, properties and performance, analysis and design, processing and fabrication, application. In addition, reports on special topics are regularly included such as recycling, environmental effects, novel materials, computer-aided design, predictive modelling, and "smart" composite materials.

The Journal of Sandwich Structures and Materials is an international peer reviewed journal that provides a means of communication to fellow engineers and scientists by providing an archival record of developments in the science, technology, and professional practices of sandwich construction throughout the world.

Journal of Semiconductors publishes articles that emphasize semiconductor physics, materials, devices, circuits, and related technology.

The Journal of Sol-Gel Science and Technology (JSST) provides an international forum for the dissemination of scientific, technological, and general knowledge about materials processed by chemical nanotechnologies known as the 'sol-gel' process. The materials of interest include gels, gel-derived glasses, ceramics in form of nano- and micro-powders, bulk, fibres, thin films and coatings as well as more recent materials such as hybrid organic-inorganic materials and composites. JSST publishes original research and technological manuscripts in the form of extended reports. Occasionally, invited papers on scientific and technologically important issues in emerging fields of sol-gel materials are published as special issues. A Sol-Gel Product News section is also available for publication of short papers on products developed via chemical technology. The Journal of Solid State Electrochemistry is devoted to all aspects of solid-state chemistry and solid-state physics in electrochemistry. The Journal of Solid State Electrochemistry publishes papers on all aspects of electrochemistry of solid compounds, including experimental and theoretical, basic and applied work. Journal of Surfactants and Detergents, a journal of the American Oil Chemists’ Society (AOCS) publishes scientific contributions in the surfactants and detergents area. This includes the basic and applied science of petrochemical and oleochemical surfactants, the development and performance of surfactants in all applications, as well as the development and manufacture of detergent ingredients and their formulation into finished products.
