Acta Crystallographica Section D welcomes the submission of articles covering any aspect of structural biology, with a particular emphasis on the structures of biological macromolecules or the methods used to determine them.

Acta Crystallographica Section F: Structural Biology Communications is a rapid structural biology communications journal. Articles on any aspect of structural biology, including structures determined using high-throughput methods or from iterative studies such as those used in the pharmaceutical industry, are welcomed by the journal.

Algorithms for Molecular Biology is ready to receive manuscripts on novel algorithms for biological sequence and structure analysis, phylogeny reconstruction, and combinatorial algorithms and machine learning.

Biomolecular NMR Assignments provides a forum for publishing sequence-specific resonance assignments for proteins and nucleic acids as Assignment Notes. Chemical shifts for NMR-active nuclei in macromolecules contain detailed information on molecular conformation and properties.
