Opto-Electronics Review is an international journal for the publication of scientific papers concerning optoelectronics materials, systems and signal processing in a broad scope of non-telecommunications optoelectronics. Established in Warsaw in 1992, Opto-Electronics Review is published quarterly as a journal of the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers (SEP) in cooperation with the Military University of Technology. The Editorial Office collaborates with leading local societies of distinguished scientists and researchers working in the optoelectronic field. Among its editors are scientists from all over the world.
