The Journal will publish papers of highly scientific value primarily related to oral and maxillofacial surgery, medicine, and pathology. It will also cover the wide scope of oral and maxillofacial sciences, including oral oncology, oral radiology, and oral biology. The Journal will publish original research papers, review articles, technical notes, case reports, book reviews, and letters to the editor in subjects relating to clinical practice and research into the three main fields of interest to the publication. We welcome papers not only from Asia, but also from all regions throughout the world.

The Journal of Orthopaedic Science is the official journal of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association. This journal documents the latest research and topical debates in all fields of clinical and experimental orthopedics. The journal publishes original articles, rapid short communications, instructional lectures, review articles, and letters to the editor. The Journal of Orthopaedic Translation (JOT) is the official peer-reviewed publication of the Chinese Speaking Orthopaedic Society (CSOS) and the International Chinese Musculoskeletal Research Society (ICMRS). It is published quarterly by Elsevier in January, April, July and October. The journal publishes original research work across all disciplines of orthopedics and allied sciences. It also publishes articles on continuing education, evidence updates, students' pre-specified contributions, journal clubs, health-related information of interest to our readers and letters to the editor.

We also encourage the submission of papers from authors whose first language is not English, although it is recommended that before submitting your manuscript you ask a colleague familiar with written English to read it through. This will greatly speed up the time taken to publish your paper. It is requested to note that the journal has an international readership and all submissions should be aimed at specifying something about the setting in which the work was conducted.
