Inflammation presents the latest international advances in experimental and clinical research on the physiology, biochemistry, cell biology, and pharmacology of inflammation. Published items include full-length scientific reports, short definitive articles, and papers from meetings and symposia proceedings. The journal's coverage extends to acute and chronic inflammation; mediators of inflammation; mechanisms of tissue injury and cytotoxicity; pharmacology of inflammation; and clinical studies of inflammation and its modification.
Inflammation Research (IR) publishes peer-reviewed papers on all aspects of inflammation and related fields including histopathology, immunological mechanisms, gene expression, mediators, experimental models, clinical investigations and the effect of drugs. Related fields are broadly defined and include for instance, allergy and asthma, shock, pain, joint damage, skin disease as well as clinical trials of relevant drugs.

Inflammatory Bowel Diseases® brings the most current information in clinical and basic sciences to physicians caring for patients with inflammatory bowel diseases, and investigators performing research in IBD and related fields. .
Imparting the most current information to physicians caring for patients with intestinal diseases, this journal seeks to identify the basic pathophysiological mechanisms common to different inflammatory intestinal diseases, to compare the environmental conditions involved in their pathogenesis, and to provide important insights into their therapies. Inflammatory Intestinal Diseases thus reduces the gap between clinical and basic sciences as well as between hepatology and inflammatory diseases of the intestinal tract such as inflammatory bowel diseases, celiac disease, and irritable bowel syndrome.
Inflammatory Intestinal Diseases also aims to improve the exchange of knowledge between researchers from Eastern and Western countries, which is reflected in the composition of the editorial board. The journal accepts randomized controlled clinical trials, observational studies, and cost-effectiveness analyses as well as commentary type and systematic reviews and consensus statements.
Inflammopharmacology is the official publication of the Gastrointestinal Section of the International Union of Pharmacology (IUPHAR) and the Hungarian Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology Society (HECPS).Inflammopharmacology publishes papers on all aspects of inflammation and its pharmacological control emphasizing comparisons of (a) different inflammatory states, and (b) the actions, therapeutic efficacy and safety of drugs employed in the treatment of inflammatory conditions. The comparative aspects of the types of inflammatory conditions include gastrointestinal disease (e.g. ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease), parasitic diseases, toxicological manifestations of the effects of drugs and environmental agents, and arthritic conditions. The journal has five main interest areas: Drug-Disease Interactions - Conditional Pharmacology - i.e. where the condition (disease or stress state) influences the therapeutic response and side (adverse) effects from anti-inflammatory drugs. Mechanisms of drug-disease and drug disease interactions and the role of different stress statesRheumatology - particular emphasis on methods of measurement of clinical response effects of new agents, adverse effects from anti-rheumatic drugsGastroenterology - with particular emphasis on animal and human models, mechanisms of mucosal inflammation and ulceration and effects of novel and established anti-ulcer, anti-inflammatory agents, or antiparasitic agentsNeuro-Inflammation and Pain - model systems, pharmacology of new analgesic agents and mechanisms of neuro-inflammation and painNovel drugs, natural products and nutraceuticals - and their effects on inflammatory processes, especially where there are indications of novel modes action compared with conventional drugs e.g. NSAIDs.Requirements for manuscripts on the pharmacological or inflammatory properties of, natural products are described in the editorial Inflammopharmacology Vol. 15, issue 5 or on the journal website: www.springer.com/10787.
Influenza and Other Respiratory Viruses is the first journal to specialise exclusively on influenza and other respiratory viruses and strives to play a key role in the dissemination of information in this broad and challenging field. It is aimed at laboratory and clinical scientists, public health professionals, and others around the world involved in a broad range of activities in this field. In turn, topics covered will include: surveillance epidemiology prevention by vaccines prevention and treatment by antivirals clinical studies public health & pandemic preparedness basic scientific research transmission between animals and humans Aims and Scope Influenza and Other Respiratory Viruses is the official journal of the International Society of Influenza and Other Respiratory Virus Diseases - an independent scientific professional society - dedicated to promoting the prevention, detection, treatment, and control of influenza and other respiratory virus diseases. Effective with the 2013 Volume, Influenza and other Respiratory Viruses will be published in an Online Only format. No printed issue will be produced but authors will still be able to order offprints of their own articles.
